• 8:00 AM: Meet and greet. Meeting point to be announced.
  Grab morning coffee, take group photos (takeaway only, please avoid dine-in).
• 8:30 AM: Depart from venue.
• 10:30 AM: Arrive at destination.

• 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Relax, chill, and enjoy lunch.
• 3:30 PM: Pack up and head out.

General Items

• Lunch (something to share with your smaller group)
• Plenty of water
• Drinks
• Camping chairs and tables
• Bathers

Offroad Essentials

• Radios (bring extra handheld radios if you have them)
• Air compressors
• Max tracks
• Recovery gear (if available)

General Rules

• Stay in touch with your group lead.
• Be punctual.
• On the track, always maintain visibility of the vehicle behind you – no one gets left behind!
• Respect other vehicles in the convoy.
• Remember, we’re heading into Wellington Forest during summer. Total Fire Bans could be declared at any time, and local restrictions may apply.
  No smoking or portable gas cookers allowed.
