Ride & Chill 9 was held on Saturday 31 January 2026, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is the ninth event in the series of 4X4 Ride & Chill days run by RCOBAWA for Royal College Old Boys in Western Australia, which began with the Lancelin sand dunes and continued at Moore River and the Wilbinga Dunes. The agenda, kit list and rules below were published for this day.

Agenda for the Day

• 8:00 AM: Meet and greet. Meeting point to be announced.
  Grab morning coffee, take group photos (takeaway only, please avoid dine-in).
• 8:30 AM: Depart from venue.
• 10:30 AM: Arrive at destination.

• 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Relax, chill, and enjoy lunch.
• 3:30 PM: Pack up and head out.

• Lunch (something to share with your smaller group)

• Radios (bring extra handheld radios if you have them)
• Air compressors
• Max tracks
• Recovery gear (if available)

General Rules

• Stay in touch with your group lead.
• Be punctual.
• On the track, always maintain visibility of the vehicle behind you – no one gets left behind!
• Respect other vehicles in the convoy.
• Remember, we’re heading into Wellington Forest during summer. Total Fire Bans could be declared at any time, and local restrictions may apply.
  No smoking or portable gas cookers allowed.
